Corn
Usable after a steeping 48 hours, cooking 1:00 with the pressure-cooker. Low in proteins and rich in starch and carbohydrate Glucids (carbohydrates): 22,1% - Proteins: 3,1% - Lipids: 1% - Fibers: 0,7% When one anneals corn until the bursting of the grain, one obtains a whitish fluid.
