Preparation of the starters of fisheries

Many flours exist. They can be used only or made up between them for your receipts. Two big steps require some explanations. It is often at this time of the construction of a starter that by precipitation or ignorance which we are likely to compromise the results.

Damping

One starts by well distributing the flours between them in a large vat. Once all the lengthily mixed components, start to add water in several times. Do not hesitate to mark an installation rather (during this time you can start to install your post) than to wet your starter too much. Let re-install it half an hour so that it can work well. Then, stir to ensure you vigorously that all the starter is wet. You can from, to supplement the operation with a very practical pulverizer ..... for more precision and to maintain moisture your starter during your fishing party. To see whether your starter is correct, made a tight ball of the size of an orange; it must be able to open into two without exhausting itself.

Sifting

Once the correctly humidified starter, of the lumps are always present and must be eliminated. The stage of sifting is quite as important. Use a sieve with fine or average mesh for all the fisheries of small fish, in order not to force-feed them. That with large mesh is to be chosen for the large . That makes it possible to keep the strong particles which are intended to them. The starter thus prepared allows a good distribution of the built-in the mixture. The ground that you will add must be built-in once the wet, but not filtered starter. Never when it is dry.
